We want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your Ogee purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges on products within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid USPS return shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your beauty products in their original box or a similar mailer, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
